At The Bunga, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will be happy to assist you. We offer a full refund for products that are damaged during delivery or do not meet your expectations.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can cancel your order by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. We will issue a full refund for cancelled orders. Please note that we cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been delivered.
